Counselling Services

Our counselling service will assist individuals, couples, children and families with the effects of illness, grief and loss, relationships, trauma (PTSD), eating disorders, the LGBTIQ+ community, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, those with NDIS plans and difficult life events. We can provide up to 6 funded counselling sessions*

What to expect

Counselling is a safe space to talk about difficult and sometimes painful feelings and can offer assistance in learning skills to enhance your health and wellbeing. It may focus on:

• Practical problem solving
• Coping skills
• Managing stress
• Emotional support
• Relaxation techniques

Our team

Our counselling services is provided by qualified, registered, and professional general counsellors.

Referral process

Whilst not entirely essential, it is preferred, you make an appointment with your GP to get a referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Self-referrals are accepted.

* There maybe a fee depending on your referral or funding.

Please call us on 1300 77 33 52 to discuss counselling fees. Subject to demand and availability there may be awaiting list to access a counsellor.

• Private Businesses
