We are now...Omnia Community Health

On 1 January 2026, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health joined with Nexus Primary Health to form Omnia Community Health.

Under one new name, Omnia Community Health will continue to provide the same safe, inclusive, high quality services with and for our communities across Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie local government areas with sites at Broadford, Kinglake, Kilmore, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan.
