Nexus Primary Health (Nexus GP SuperClinic) is a fully integrated primary health centre and we deliver healthcare through our centres located at Wallan, Kinglake and Broadford (GP Services opening in 2021).

Access

Access to the GP SuperClinic

Access to the Nexus GP SuperClinic is via the side lane off 7-11 High Street, Wallan. 

Entrance points to the building are clearly signed.

Parking:

Parking is available for patients either directly in front of the building, or onsite.

Disability Access:

Nexus has dedicated car parking for patients with disabilities. There is graded access from the carpark for wheelchair access. The doors to the centre are automatic and lift access is available at either the rear of the building or inside the foyer.

Nexus has disability facilities located on the ground floor by the pathology collection centre, or on the first floor near the treatment room.

GP Services is located on the first floor with lift access from inside on the ground floor, or directly from the rear car park. 

Procedures

Our centre has a well-equipped treatment room that has 3 bays plus a designated procedure room, and our Medical Practitioners offer a range of procedures from the centre.

All procedures, (unless an emergency) must have a consult first with the treating Medical Practitioner so that the procedure can be discussed in detail. 

All patient procedures (unless an emergency) will be booked on the advice of the Medical Practitioner. 

Procedure time may vary and your Medical Practitioner can let you know about any further information or out of pocket fees during your consultation.

As with any procedure, risks do apply and these should be discussed with the Medical Practitioner at the time of consultation. All patients will be asked to sign a consent form prior to the commencement of any procedures, and any payment for out of pocket fees will be required on the day of the procedure.

In the event that you do require a procedure, this can be booked with one of our GPs and then the procedure room will be booked if required.

Additional fees may apply based on the procedure type.  Please ensure that you ask our friendly team about this at the time of booking your appointment.
